As described in the offering circular, the franchisee will operate a Domino's Pizza Store, Domino's Pizza Transitional Store, Domino's Pizza Pizzazz Store or Domino's C Store selling pizza and other authorized products through delivery and/or carry-out service.

The offering circular states that the application processing fee ranges from $0 to $25,000. In addition, the offering circular’s estimated initial investment ranges from $118,500 to $460,250 for a Domino's Pizza Store, $45,950 to $331,250 for a Domino's Pizza Transitional Store, $115,500 to $447,250 for a Domino's Pizza Pizzazz Store and $101,500 to $355,250 for a Domino's C Store. Domino’s also charges up to a $5,000 processing fee per facility for entertainment (or similar) facility licenses. The initial investment varies depending on the facility, but is expected to be below the initial investment range for a Domino's Pizza Store.

The franchisor estimates that initial payments range from $67,250 to $206,500 for a Domino's Pizza Store, $14,500 to $161,500 for a Domino's Pizza Transitional Store, $67,250 to $197,500 for a Domino's Pizza Pizzazz Store and $70,250 to $181,500 for a Domino's C Store. These amounts include payments to Domino’s for inventory and supplies, equipment, fixtures, furnishings, signage and the initial franchise application processing fee.
