According to the offering circular, the licensee will operate a quick-service restaurant under a Master License Agreement in an express or "captive audience" location, which offers a limited fish, seafood and chicken menu and complementary items.

The offering circular states that the initial license fee for each express unit opened under a Master License Agreement generally is $5,000.00. In addition, the franchisee is required to pay an architectural fee of $1,500.00 per each express unit. The franchisor estimates that the initial investment will vary depending upon whether the property is purchased or leased, as well as other factors, but it ranges from $172,000 to $600,000 (excluding real estate costs) depending on the restaurant venue being developed.
