As described in the offering circular, Re-Bath sells and installs custom manufactured bathtub liners, shower base liners, custom wall panels and ancillary products such as shower doors, valves, plumbing fixtures, and installation tools, products
and supplies.

The offering circular states that the initial fee for a Large Market Dealership (a territory with a population of 150,000 or greater) is 6 cents ($.06) per person, while the initial franchise fee for a Small Market Dealership (a territory with a population less than 150,000) is $3,500.

In addition, the franchisee is required to purchase a start-up package of materials and equipment. The franchisor states the start-up package will cost $6,000 for a Large Market Dealership or $3,000 for a Small Market Dealership.
