The offering circular states that the initial fee for a Large Market Dealership (a territory with a population of 150,000 or greater) is 6 cents ($.06) per person, while the initial franchise fee for a Small Market Dealership (a territory with a population less than 150,000) is $3,500.

In addition, the franchisee is required to purchase a start-up package of materials and equipment.
