Smoothie King

As described in the offering circular, the franchisee will operate a retail business offering smoothies and other nutritional drinks and general nutritional products under the name Smoothie King(r).

The offering circular states that the initial franchise fee is $25,000 for a Traditional location and $12,500 for a Non-Traditional location. The franchisor estimates that the initial investment required ranges from $144,500 to $287,500 for a Traditional location and $99,500 to $189,000 for a Non-Traditional location. The initial franchise fee for the sixth and each franchise thereafter is $20,000.
