The offering circular states that the estimated initial investment will vary depending upon whether the property is purchased for cash, financed or leased, as well as other factors, but it normally ranges from $1,289,500 to $2,315,000 if purchased for cash, $339,000 to $634,500 if financed, and $250,000 to $468,500 if leased.
