If the franchisee signs an Area Development Agreement simultaneously with its execution, the franchisee will pay (i) the $30,000 initial franchise fee for the first restaurant to be developed and (ii) a $5,000 development fee for each additional restaurant the franchisee is granted the right to develop under the Area Development Agreement
